Why doesn't my serial number work?

Issue

I entered the serial number and product key from my 'MyXenronix' page, but the program still runs in demo mode.

Solution

Most people use copy/paste to enter the registration info. It happens quite often that an additional space is copied while doing this. You have to make sure that the registration info does not have leading or trailing spaces. If you entered the code, which is also case sensitive, without these spaces and your copy still does not register, please contact our customer support.
